OUT OF THE SHADOWS AND INTO THE LIGHT - WITH DANCE!
Do you know someone who you would really like to take part in dance, who you know lacks confidence to do it? Or want to build up your own confidence in a supportive environment?
Freedom To Shine is an inspiring one day event that confronts issues of anxiety and low self-esteem with a selection of creative workshops and activities.
It takes place on Saturday 13th September at ASHTON PARK SCHOOL, BRISTOL.
The event includes workshops in Laughter Therapy, Dance Movement Therapy, Street Dance (from PUMPED STREET DANCE), other styles of dance, Singing, and many more workshops are to be confirmed!
